Corduroy
This book is about a bear that must wait to be purchased by a little girl. The little girl notices the bear is missing a button. She makes the choice to come back later when she saves up her money. The bear is sad that the little girl did not buy him because of his missing button, and he searches for a new one. He finds one and now feels of value. The little girl returns with her piggy bank to buy the bear.
