How Much is a Million?
David M. Schwartz; HarperTrophy 1994
This book incorporates non-fiction with fiction. There is not much of an actually story line, but there are great illustrations by Steven Kellogg. What makes this book amazing is it helps children to conceptualize money and how coins and money add up in general. The book uses real pictures of coins and bills so students can connect the book to “real life.”
